Jayne Gregory | CEO & Senior Agent

Jayne has considerable experience in the industry with 20 years behind the camera as a Costume Designer and has dressed Queen, David Bowie, U2 & Bjork, to name a few. She has been our CEO for 16 years, largely representing our creative departments, and is the heart and soul of the company.

David Sterl | Director & Senior Agent

David joined Gems in 2013. He graduated from Rose Bruford College of Theatre & Performance in 2006. He has previously worked for the Arts Council of Wales and S4C. David represents our technical departments, and his strategic planning ensures that Gems is always heading in the right direction.

   Nikki | Personal Assistant
      
Nikki is the backbone of the Gems team. Her caring and meticulous nature ensures we are operating at our highest functionality.  

Emily | Accounts Manager
        
Emily began working at Gems as an Accounts Assistant but within a few years was promoted to Manager. She is responsible for raising clients’ weekly invoices and monitors all UK and International payments from start to finish. With a background in Theatre, Emily is a perfect fit in our office.

Rhiannon | Agents' Assistant
          
Rhiannon is the first point of contact for Jayne’s clients and works in tandem with Owen on all administrative duties such as updating records, databases & client CVs. She graduated from Cardiff University in 2022 with an MA in English Literature, which, along with her background in marketing, she puts to good use by running our social media. As a musician and former drama student, she feels totally at home at Gems! 

Owen | Agents' Assistant

Owen is the first point of contact for David’s clients. Working alongside Rhiannon, he updates CVs, diaries, and the Gems website. Owen graduated from Cardiff University with a BA in Ancient History in 2019. He is a lover of films and literature and music. Owen plays guitar, bass, trumpet and keyboard, and is learning banjo and mandolin. 

Bertie | Office Therapy Dog

Our beloved Office Dog. Bertie is the heart of the office and provides the team with the best snuggles.
