Jayne | CEO & Senior Agent Jayne has an undeniable understanding of the industry having spent 20 years as a Costume Designer. She has styled some of the greats including Daniel Craig, Andy Serkis, Queen, David Bowie, U2 & Bjork to name but a few. With Jayne’s own experiences she can empathise with those we represent which gives our agency a unique edge. Jayne is the figurehead of the business developing our creative departments and is the heart & soul of Gems. |
David | Director & Senior Agent David joined Gems in 2013; he is kept busy representing Assistant Directors, Location Managers, Sound Mixers & Script Supervisors.His background being Arts & TV and includes roles at The Arts Council of Wales & S4C; he is a fluent Welsh speaker. David is one of the notable Alumni from Rose Bruford College ofTheatre & Performance. Interesting facts about David: he started in a large London law firm as a PA, he has 2 Dachshunds; Monty & Coco and lives by the sea. |
Nikki, also known as The PPA (P=Perfect, Personal Assistant) is Jayne’s girl Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, assisting in all that goes on behind the scenes and contributing towards the success of the agency. With a background in Aviation, Medicine and the charity sector her caring and meticulous manner supports the entire team. Nikki is super-multitalented in all aspects and nothing is too big or hot for her to handle. |

Nicola | Financial Controller Nicola has been Gems’ FC since 2011, and is heavily involved with the Agency, being a constant support.
Being a Chartered Certified Accountant for over 20 years, and running a successful practice we are very lucky to have her wealth of experience.
She is a keen traveller, with a deep love for Red wine and all things cheese related.
Nicola lives with her 2 boys and her doggy and spends her evenings Cross stitching while watching Star Trek

Owen | Agents' Assistant Owen is the latest edition to the team having joined Gems in March 2023. He graduated from Cardiff University in 2019 with a BA in Ancient History and is a fierce lover of film and literature, he’s also a pretty good (and a serious) musician. He plays guitar, keyboard, trumpet, mandolin and banjo. Two interesting facts to know about Owen; he is an identical twin and a masterful chef when it comes to Japanese food having worked at Yo! Sushi for 2 years before joining the agency. |
Bertie, aka Mr B is always with us in Gems HQ unless he’s gone out for his walkies. He’s the heart and soul of the office, provides lots of love & laughter and is a fierce protector when the postman comes. |
