Michael is primarily known for his work producing feature films but also is one of the youngest ever producers of a major BBC drama serial (the RTS nominated acclaimed epic family saga IN A LAND OF PLENTY).

He established the UK production company Sterling Pictures in 1995.

Alongside several documentaries and short films his drama work includes twenty-six feature films to date, many of which have won prizes at international film festivals and received international theatrical distribution.

He is highly experienced in steering projects through from idea to screen; including budgeting, scheduling, production supervision, post production management, and sales/distribution/festival strategy.
