Lost in the Sauce was founded by four friends following several successful years within HETV Craft services as ‘The Crafty Boys’, each developing a passion to improve the quality of food on set. Having catered on major productions, they appreciate how the quality of their food can impact the mood of the crew.
With sustainability at the forefront of everyone’s minds these days, Lost in the Sauce serve their meals in compostable containers and work with electric only, no gas. Their menus are designed to keep food waste to a minimum and use seasonal ingredients with a low carbon footprint.
