Kelly is a Production and Costume Designer with over a decade of experience in film and television in the UK and US. Her recent credits include ‘The Presence of Love’ for the Hallmark Channel and the award-winning ‘Give Them Wings’, due for release in the UK in August 2022.

Originally hailing from Tallinn, Estonia, Kelly worked and trained in LA and Scotland before moving to the UK to complete her postgraduate degree at the world-renowned Royal College of Art.

Inspired by acclaimed Costume and Production Designer Catherine Martín, she believes in a strong fusion between Production and Costume Design. Often, but not always, Kelly takes up a combined role depending on the needs of the production. Her passion lies in storytelling and conveying sentiment from visuals to the viewer.
