Charles has 6 years of experience under his belt in the industry. Starting as a daily dresser, he soon found he had more to offer the industry with his life skills and soon moved on as Prop Master.

In his previous careers he had worked in technical roles and logistics. All bringing a methodical and structured approach to what he does. His technical roles taught him practical skills, fault finding, technology skills and the ability to talk to anyone from the layperson to top management. His logistic roles have given him the ability to track, record and have the right product in the right place at the right time and managing any complications before they happen.
